About us
We make equity research easier to find, and easier to read
Professional equity research is written every day about small and mid-cap companies, and most of it is hard for investors to get hold of. Research Tree exists to fix that: we aggregate research from the brokers and research houses who write it, and distribute it to the investors who want it.

How the ecosystem works
Research comes in from brokers and independent research houses, by upload, email, FTP or API. It then goes out to a lot more places than our own platform: the London Stock Exchange and Aquis Exchange websites, the investor relations pages of listed companies running our embedded feeds, brokers’ own branded portals, email alerts, and investors’ watchlists.
That is the point of the arrangement. A note published once is read in several places, and the provider, the company and the investor each get something out of it.
Who we work with
Listed companies use us to put analyst coverage, announcements and share data on their own IR pages, and to find out who is reading. Brokers and research houses use us to reach a wider investor audience, to run their own research portal, and to manage transactions. Investors use the platform itself, at www.research-tree.com.
Compliance is part of the product
Research access is regulated, and MiFID II decides who may read what. Every tool we build carries the controls that keep research in front of the investors entitled to see it and away from those who are not. Providers set their own access parameters; we enforce them across every channel we distribute to.
Part of the Scout IR Group
Research Tree sits within the Scout IR Group. The services on this site are the business-to-business side of what we do: the tools we build for companies and brokers, rather than the investor platform itself.
